Default ApexSpeed rFactor League Race 4: Mosport

Off to Canada we go.... 31 lap race. Please download the latest version of Mosport from rFC. It should be version 1.3.

So what is the date for Mosport and do you accept guests? I raced with you group once last year.

That would be the 28th. We accept guests sure, but it would be nice if you could do more of the races.

Looks like I'll be racing now. My MOMO would turn off in the middle of the race, leaving me to hit walls, the FF didn't work, shifter is kinda broken, so my awesome mom decided to get me a G27 for Christmas b/c it wasn't too much more than a momo. I'm goin to school 20hrs away so my mom is going to have it shipped to one of my many family members out there. Now I need to find a way on how not to suck at Mosport.

    Mosport is quite simple actually
Turns 1, 2, 4 and 8 are flat, 6 and 7 aren't really corners. Focus on getting through turn 3, in and out of 5, and off 10 with as much speed as possible. T9 isn't much of an issue unless you're in a tight fight with someone, which can also compromise T10 exit.

That's not entirely true in these cars.

I remember where I was having trouble in the rF3...turn 3 was a killer, I would always lose the back end under braking. Those cars were so sketchy to drive in the first place, so I know the SRF will be a a lot easier through there. I'll practice with my broken momo in the meantime and then probably use the G25 for the first time in the race...we'll see how that goes.

It's a little late for tonight's race, but still good to know what 1.4 offers as an update. Any idea what improvements have been made?

I guess I'm on the outside looking in tonight. The server won't let me join.
