On ebay, one can easily use the zoom feature to see see more details in the photos.

Ingenious way to address the neutral switch, a stiff wire (with an inline spring) from the clutch pedal to a switch.

It actually looks like it could be a killer solo 2 car in the right hands. The seller never really indicated that he intended it to be ROAD RACED did he? Don't know that anyone has ever taken this approach to Solo2, but it LOOKS "threatening". Would this fit into CM or FM with a 600 motor?

If you look at the higher resolution E-bay pictures, you can see that he did that same sort of "cut & bend" all over the car!

    'Killer Solo car" ?

Yes - it will kill the driver. Take a good look at where the pushrods are attached to the lower a-arms - massive fail just awaiting the first good bump.

Where are the springs on this car? I don't see any perches on the shocks. It's quite mind-boggling to see the amount of work, time and money that has gone into it combined with so many sketchy details. What a strange project.

I think those "shocks" are RUBBER PUCKS .. like as used in F500/F600 cars. Combination "spring/damper".

they are mountain bike shocks! I have one on my ten year old mountain bike, same model of shock.. The rear shocks are fully compressed, so either their are overloaded or they don't have the right pressures in them.

those shocks might last ten minutes at full blast. Which really doesn't matter because the frame will have already collapsed.

You guys should ask some questions of the seller on EBay so any potential buyer isn't led astray.

No no, I genuinely think the seller thinks he properly built the car. So if people ask questions, I wouldn't be completely surprised if he answers honestly and put them up in the listing.

When I saw those photos posted I said to myself "These guys are going to tear this up". But I'm happy to say you've exceeded my expectations. LMAO at the comments...

I hope no one ever says anything like that about my car.
