    Default KBS/QC1 Rotax For Sale

Off the Market for Now, Have decided to upgrade to 593.

Looking to sale my KBS MK7/QC1 F500 again for the low price of $4000.00 with the following note worthy components:

AIM EVO4 Data System with dash
    1 set 4 heat cycle R25B Mounted
    1 set 6 heat cycle r25B Mounted
about 2 extra sets of wheels with various rubber attached
494 rotax with 3 weekends on a new rebuild top and bottom
primary Clutch (Polaris) and secondary clutch (team) about 10 weekends
Many spare parts, I don't care to list.
Spare Running 494, but due for atleast a top end-(But I have jugs and pistons)

This car is ready for a little TLC, I had it out 2 weekends in 2020. Would be a great auto cross car. I am looking to upgrade this winter and this sale would go along to help me put a down payment on another car to keep an active west coast F500 Racer in 2021!

I will deliver locally if needed for the cost of gas.

All reasonable offers will be reviewed.

A barn find gets more attention than a couple post about real "race ready" cars?

There is a great amount of attention to detail and prep that does not show on the pics of this car. Some one will get a well prepared/engineered quick little race car

Is it still legal for SCCA road racing or autocross only?

Yes it is legal, I ran it In July and August this year. Belts good thru 2022 I believe. Not as competitive for road racing compared to the modern body styles and I believe updating to a 593 may require a new fuel cell. I weight about 828 coming off track and am 165# body weight.

For that price you can afford to buy the motor and the extra body work to update it road race

Did this car not win the national championship at Sonoma?

Great price for road-race F500 and great parts support from QRE (Quadrini).

If the car was closer to Iowa, I wouldn't hesitate. Been looking for one in this price range.

How tall are you? Will a 6'2" person fit in this car?

If someone is 6'2" you would really have to sit in the car and test. It would depend a lot on the rest of the body size, especially feet as the foot area is not overly large so shoe size is important. I am 5'6" 165 and have enough room for a seat insert.

No, I decided to complete an extensive rebuild this winter and upgrade to the 593. I have an extensive list of parts coming from Q, New Data system, new brakes, new ROD ends and new bearings across the board. I could not find what I wanted for replacing it at this time.

Are you still planning on converting this one? If you ever decide you want to sell it, let me know.
