A nice touch at the Glen Fun One
The Fun One did their best to emulate the majors by awarding medals at impound. This was a great touch as far as I’m concerned. We have our own later when its quiet but impound is a great place to meet the other drivers. Here is the FST group. L-R, Shane Purvis, Doug Seim (was the Champagne any good?) and Rob Clark. I'm saving the champagne to be enjoyed in St. Louis. Its our last event of the season so celebration of our fun summer should be in order.
On the other hand, I'm keeping a paperbag and a straw handy in case I have a crummy day at work and want to take a break.......
