Are they going to keep the diameter 22.4"?

They are going to design, build, and test tires, from which a best tire will be chosen.

Hoosier is very interested in building the class and realize that the FF competitors want tires that will last longer, have consistent performance, and less cost. The reception from Hoosier was very positive.

I'm envious. Would love a similar tire rule in FC. Kudos to all of you & Hoosier for moving in the right direction ! & a Big THX to Hoosier for supporting FC, as well !

Wow! Didn't see that happening so quickly. Great news, and kudos to Hoosier and the Pro series, and whoever else had a hand in it.

Have there been any updates with this? I have looked at fasttrack, but didn't really see any discussion about it. Don't have a dog in the pile, just thinking about joining the ranks, and this would probably put me over the edge.

    Default SCCA National survey

I just got and responded to an email survey sent from SCCA National regarding my interest in a national spec tire for FF. I wonder who actually got this as I know one regional competitor that says he did not.
