    Default Coil Location

What is the best location to mount the ignition coil (Kent motor)? As close to the distributer as possible without heat soaking from the engine bay? Doesn't matter?

Shorter wires are always better. But put it away from heat.

If you have side pods, unless the radiator exit is in the rear of them, put it in the rear of the one on the distributor side.
