Default Soon to be selling CM fixed first gear lay shaft

Like the title says, I'm going to be pulling the fixed first gear lay shaft that is agreed to be pretty much mandatory for a CM set up.

Question: How much is a fair price to sell? I guess new ones are $765 (!!) so I'm thinking maybe $400? It is a very low hour part.

Not sure on pricing, when I needed one I lucked into a slide on for integral trade.

    What ratio?

I think it is a 13/38, but won't be certain until I pull it apart. The PO of my car didn't exactly have much in the way of documentation. He got the transaxle back from Taylor and bolted it in the car and I've never had reason to mess with it (low hours and I was happy with the gearing).

Ends up it is a 12/38 and it is now listed for sale...$400/obo. When we pulled the gears, everything was basically brandy new...like zero wear

    Default Fixed 1st gear.

So are you heading back to Club Racing? Although 12/38 is low, do you still have the gear?
I've purchased a VD RF88 out of Toronto Can, I'm hoping for better weather soon or Toronto joins the U.S. as the 52nd state or both for cheaper transport and import fees.

    Chris, it is yours.

    SOLD

PS: my RF88 went to Australia (I hope it is there, now!) and I picked up an S2000 for autocross duties.
