New tires for sale (purchased 7/10/05)

Brand new tires for sale, purchased 7/10/05. Never even mounted. Gearbox problem has sidelined me for the rest of the season. $560.00 plus shipping. I could possibly deliver to the CAT National at Road America if desired.

All gears are shot. There are teeth missing from everyone of them. The pin in the shift fork broke and fell out of the hole, I don't know why the circlip fell out either. The clip was gone out of the middle shift fork as well but the pin didn't come out. The piece that holds the bearings in the carrier broke. It is a huge mess. I still don't know what caused all of that damage. The entire box will have to be looked at for cracking and what not. I really don't know if anything was updated on it before I bought it. I ran two and a half races and this happened.

The last set of tires I bought cost $552 before M & B and I didn't have to pay any shipping. Why don't you make us all an offer we can't refuse!!

I believe tire cost is up to $582 now, at least this is what I was charged here in the Midwest.

Well I guess you should get some black plastic bags, put the tires in them, find a cool dark pace to store them, and hope for the best next season. Who knows, maybe they could turn out like Lance Armstrongs tires, better with age. Although I think his tires stay in storage for something like 8 years before use.
