    OK I can't be the only one thinking it but I just have to say it.

    Hey Curtis,

    C44 = $22/gallon

    New cylinder head = $3000

    I can buy a lot of gas for $3000 or a lot of $15 trophies. Maybe we should all just hand lap our valves and keep running what we have. We could have a gentleman's agreement to keep our heads stock and save that money as well. Just a thought......

    Ahhh but Chas, .. there's more power in the cylinder head then the C-44, ..

    But I'll make a deal with ya, .. I'll come run FC, .. you run a stock head and C-44, ..
    I'll run a ported head and VP 110, .. and we'll see who can pass who on the straits, ..
    that is before I crash, ..

    Default How to Register

    Is there another site for the Region supporting the Kershaw National? I've been trying to hit this site for days with no success. http://www.ccrscca.org/

    I'm hoping they have online registration.

    I just clicked on your posted link, Chas and it worked just fine. Click on the "February National Online Registration" link near the top and it takes you right there. Perhaps it's a browser or firewall setting on your system... (With me, it's usually operator error)

    That's strange, it still doesn't work for me. Thanks for letting me know the site is up. I'll figure it out.

    Default Kershaw National

    I enjoyed meeting some of the FC drivers and crew at Kershaw. I now officially am inflicted with FCE disease - Continental Envy. Having a great time with my DB2 in SRCC & taking a fling at National racing again. The wet race was fun & I thought everybody did a good job of overtaking under less than optimal conditions. I was in the red/white/blue Swift, so I hope I didn't hold anybody up. My oil pressure light came on with 2 laps left & I had to park it after 18 error-free laps. Turned out to be the sensor. Bummer. Anyway, it was my first National after a 24 year vacation, and it won't be my last. Maybe one day in FC. We'll see. I was certainly impressed by the turnout and the cars look like an absolute blast to drive. Keep the class alive!
