I am going to bond my RF-95 pan next week with Hysol 29354 E-120HP Epoxy. As not to over purchase, how many tubes should I buy?

I went through most of 2 duo-pak's on my ADF recently.
*Having the correct duo-pak "gun" and mixing tips is critical (unless you want to hand-mix because you can't wait...).

I would not try mixing any other way.
I used all the 1.6oz stuff.

Putting the two parts into a ziplock and then getting the air out of the bag before sealing works as well. Then you can knead the bag for a while and get a good blend. Once mixed, get the bag on a flat surface, move the epoxy away from one corner and snip off the corner. You can apply like icing a cake, or better, work the material into a syringe and have that on hand to do the application. Maybe gorilla tape up the entrance of the bag once you have it sealed so you don't get a problem. Or just pay attention to not allowing an unzipping event.
This also works for mixing small batches. Probably why you can buy the bags in tiny sizes
