a smidge larger than a 90-95 IIRC. If you fit in the earlier cars you should fit in the 96.
There's a 97 FC in parts in Nazareth, PA.

Definitely don't fit in a 97
Had a 98 ff and fit fine. Want to share the car with my 6'3 brother . I know the 96 is probably the only chance. Moot point now as I have made a deal for the car. Guess we'll fing out! Lol
Thanks to all who replied
Check the entry for the OVR race at mid Ohio in a week. IIRC John Reisert (sp) is running his 96 VD.
Width, especially shoulders, is the limiting factor. Leg room was never an issue on my 94/95.
I had a local bicycle fabricator remove and replace the side supports my arms kept hitting. We moved them out to about 3/8 from the body panels. I gained about 1.5 in in width - which is a lot!.
My 2001 VD actually feels shorter.
For sure come to Mid-O next weekend. 9 FC/CFC cars racing. Its the GLC final event of the year. Should be some good close racing.
