Arguably the most well restored, genuine Lotus 69 Formula Ford in existence.
The Lotus 69 was the last race car produced for private customers by Lotus Components. Designed by Dave Baldwin, it raced in all single seat formulae of its day, from F1 to Formula Ford. Fewer than 20 Lotus 69FFs were made. Their rigid and narrow space frame, long wheel base and wide stance make it the most sought after Historic Formula Ford race car.
Still retaining its original Lotus Components chassis tag (7169/22FF), Arch Motors chassis stamp (AM-34) and Lotus-Holbay cam cover, this car is the real deal.
A no expense spared restoration was undertaken by Dennison International Motorsports. Thoroughly crack checked, all critical components were replaced or replated. The fuel bladder, fire system, racing harness, starter, springs, shocks, plumbing, switchgear and other components were also replaced during the restoration. Painted in the Gold Leaf Lotus livery as used on the works Lotus 69 F3, the car is ready to be shaken down by a new owner and run in anger at the front of any Historic Formula Ford grid.
