Please note: I run Hoosier tires. All setups with driver’s weight onboard and usually ½ fuel.

Front ride height: 1 5/8” @ casting, 7/8” at skids
    Rear ride height: 3/8” rake
Front toe total: OUT 1/8”, 1 mm
Rear toe total: IN 1/8”, 1mm
Front camber: - 1 degree (less with 2500 tire)
Rear camber: -3/4 degree (less with 8” 2500 tire)
    Castor: 3 - 4 degrees
Droop limiter: 1 turn off of “0” (very slight air gap)

I ran 850# front springs, 625# rear springs.

    Keith Averill recommends:
Front ride: 1 ½” at casting
3/8” rake at front of engine.

I think at SIC ’03 I had 900 fronts, 1200 rears… Like a go kart, but it won the SARRC Championship on a special compound tyre.

    Koni Shocks:
    Shock body threads: 8 threads = .62" 1 thread = .08"
    Rears: part number 3012 1604 BA25
    Front: part number 3012 1604 BA26
    BUMP:
Push in button and turn shaft. Counter-clockwise is stiffer (more bump)
    REBOUND:
“clicks” by turning dial in head.

Set rear shocks: 6 clicks Bump and Rebound off of full soft.
Set front shocks: 5 clicks Bump, and 5 clicks Rebound off of full soft.

As you get better, Keith Averill wants you to stiffen both front and rear ARBs.
Stiffen the front bar first, then adjust car with rear bar.
The bars are 1" OD both front and rear.
He says I should be using the rear bar that has the 156 wall (about a 5/8" hole through it). The rear bar with the large 3/4" hole through it is too soft.

He also suggests more Bump, and more Rebound in the rear shocks.

Rear wing Bottom main plane 0 degrees to -1 degrees
Top element 10 to 11.5 degrees
Front wing: 0 to -1 degrees

I have a pdf transcript of the original Reynard factory tech manual. I didn't find it very useful, but if you want a copy PM me an email address.
