Hi,guys.
I have opened new race car rental business in
Rustavi International Motorpark Georgia( the country next to Black sea)

I have two F3 Tattus FA 010 formula Abarth cars
and Radical RSX two seater.
Track is a great facility and our prices are more than two
times cheaper than in US or Western Europe.

Sandy Dells method of race car rentals went like this:
1. You buy the car, deposit full amount in Sandy's bank
2. Because you bought the car Sandy's liability ended.
3. If after the race you didn't wreck the car, blow up the motor,destroy the gearbox, his contract in selling it included that he had the right to buy it back less whatever the agreed on amount was for the race rental.
4. Worked pretty good!
5. No one could say Sandy wasn't pretty smart!

It's not that bad.
local cost of living allows me some liberties with cost.
Deposit is 5000 euro per car
and full liability signature on CC card for first time drivers.
15 min track session 450 euro
includes DD1 Fanatec hour session to learn track.Simulator also can be rented for 35 euros per hour
Radical taxi scaring passenger 350 euros per 15 min session.
each car is :
2500 euros per day( approx 4 to 5 sessions )all with hour simulator included.
on more than 40 % tire left
new tire set 1345 euro balanced .
Cars:
2014 paddleshifed Radical SR3 RSX 1340cc
2x 2012 Tatuus FA010 Formula F3 Abarth fiat 4 inline turbo.
I got good experienced techs here with European racing support back ground.
For all over seas customers will help with very reasonable
hotel accommodations.
There will be 4 star hotel pool and gym on track in a 14 month as well.
It is very cool track and hold FIA 4 rating we'll got to FIA 3 after all renovations.

Country itself is all old castles churches and rouged mountains
has black sea on other side.
When my compound is complete i will have guest house for rent to racers
85 sqm with bathroom ,kitchen and view to mountains and pool amenities.

P.S.
People underestimate
some of surrounding countries development and wealth level.
I Kazahstan /no Borat there 50k yearly income in Almaty makes you exactly working class.
Baku is bit different ,but i m only game in 6 countries ,so
drivers are coming.
