Our 1988 Reynard SF – Formula 2000 (Continental) in current racing trim, with a “garage full” of spares.
A long, colorful, and successful history, including SCCA racing in the Northeast; a dominant contender in the “formula cars only” Race Car Club of America; and the Formula Pro Racing Series, including oval tracks; and consistant taker of Fastest Time of Day (FTD) in SCCA solo events.
Recently “freshened” by a racer who has worked on these cars since they were new!

> All heim joints, rod ends are like new, along with rocker arm bearings, bushings, etc.
> Motor is a strong Marcovicci & Wenz build, with a Quicksilver head.
> Petronix Ignition coupled with a AutoMeter selectable rev limiter.
> Transaxle is the signature Reynard magnesium alloy casting, using standard Hewland
Mark 9 ratios.
> Clutch consists of brand new pressure plate and like-new Tilton clutch disk.
> Suspension features HyperCo springs mated to Penske double-adjustables.
> Front suspension is droop-limited.
> Cooling system upgraded with light weight, enhanced flow radiators.
> Robust braking system featuring LD 20 calipers front and rear, aeroquip stainless brake lines.
> Aerodynamics package includes Averill Ultra front wings, Van Diemen rear wing, difusser,
plus original Reynard front and rear wings, plus others.
