Just because you're a good driver doesn't mean you have taste in decorating. He must've hired the Cabela's interior decorator.

Given the address (Columbus, IN) and the helmets/car, I'm guessing this is Tony Stewart's place...

Several years ago I was looking through Zillow over by Ventura and ran into Vince Granitelli's place. It was only about $3M.
does kinda look like a Cabelas!
Didn't know you could put a Bass Pro Shop inside of a house. Interesting.
A few places around there, including the front gate, have an HH monogram. Tony Stewart made sense before I saw the HHs everywhere. Any other guesses?

There is no way this is someones house. It has to be a Bass Pro Shop Hunting retreat/resort.
The fake outdoor space that takes up all the room inside the house that's on a giant parcel of outdoor space makes a lot of sense when you think about it. The casino, Indycar, and bowling alley are pretty sweet, unfortunate that there is space for golf. And of course the decor is prime for a role play mountain man, a little sad really.
Chris Livengood, enjoying underpriced ferrous whizzy bits that I hacked out in my tool shed since 1999.
I wonder how hard it will be to sell a $30M property in Indiana.
I guess it might be a good buy for a pro football or B-ball guy.
Seeing this house, and Smoke's car collection in that other thread, would indicate that being a Nascar team owner is a pretty lucrative arrangement. These are not the trappings of a man with just a few extra millions to play with.

Actually, it kind of was. When he built the house it was in conjunction with Bass Pro Shops as they were a sponsor at that time. They used it as a corporate retreat and hunting lodge - kind of as the ultimate meet and greet experience. He talked about it in the Dinner with Racers Episode. Tony has a private wing on the house.
If he is no longer doing those programs then the cost structure / business expense of owning the home changes and it make sense to sell.
Tony is on the road so much is any place really his home?

I wonder if the car and helmets are included.
When you buy a house with a bowling alley, do the balls stay, or do you bring in your own balls?

Send Tony Stewart a check!
He's married to a top fuel racer.
He actually qualified for his license, but decided to not get it. Much respect for his reasons.
