For Sale 2000 Carbir DS3 Zetec

I purchased this car in the spring of 2017, ran it a couple times that summer, then took it down to the bare frame and rebuilt it. Car is sorted and fast. I've got piles of setup notes and chassis data on this car. Just a week ago it broke the FC lap record at my local track (Waterford Hills), which had been held by a recent 2x FC national champ. With the switch to the Hoosier spec tire this car has actually managed to get faster. Car weighs 1222 lbs w/driver (160lb) and 5 gallons of fuel.

    Highlights:
-Chassis blasted, crack checked, and repainted in 2018
    -Quicksilver Zetec (dyno sheet available)
-Staffs gearbox (5 speed box, currently set up as a 4 speed with Mk9 internals, originally prepped by WRD)
    -Dynamics 3-way dampers
-AIM MXL Pista w/GPS module, RS232 connection to ECU, damper pots
-3 sets of wheels (2 sets Jongbloed, 1 set Techno)
    -Mounted R35Bs w/4 HCs, mounted R60As w/3 HCs
    -Transport wheels
    -Billet aluminum uprights
    -ICP LD20 calipers
-New fuel cell in 2018 (Fuel Safe)
    -Belts good thru 2022
    -Lightweight CVs
    -Gyrodynamics diffuser
-Front and rear wings reconfigured; more DF w/less drag

    Tons of spares:
    -car set of suspension corners
    -Mag uprights
-UCA and LCA for all 4 corners
    -Pushrods and toe links
    -halfshafts (2x assembled w/CVs)
    -ARBs
    -1 spare front nose assembly
    -3 spare front wings
    -1 spare nose
-pile of new, blank front wing end plates and footers
    -1 spare rear wing assembly
    -Lots of trackside engine spares
    -Plugs
    -fresh injectors (Kinsler)
    -new coil
    -new plug wires
    -2 new TPS sensors
    -Voltage regulator
    -Starter
-Spare left and right sidepod tops and bottoms
    -Spare brake hats
    -spare rotors
-Mk9 gears for Mid Oh/Grattan/Gman/Waterford (10 ratios total)
    -Staffs gearbox case

OFF THE MARKET FOR NOW. DECIDED TO KEEP.

Interested parties please contact me thru PM or Email.
    Thanks

This might be one of the best looking FCs and I've been lusting after it for years. If only I wasn't in the middle of a P2 build. Good luck with the sale!

Correct, it's a direct connection to the fuel pump to ease draining the cell.

Here is a race video from when the WHRRI FC track record was broken (from my car's perspective). Sorry, the #68 wasn't as prominently featured; the camera car (and me) aren't fast enough. I finished well, but was still 18s behind. This FC car in capable hands is very fast.

The FC car for sale can be seen at 7:08, and again at 12:35 after the black flag. In the thumbnail, it's that little red blotch out in the distance.

Decided to hold onto the car for now. FRP moved to the bias spec tire so going to try and run their local events.
