One owner 2014 40' Forrest River Work and Play 5th wheel with living quarters. This is not a toy hauler but a custom built car trailer.
2 Queen beds, 2 bench beds, full bathroom with shower, full kitchen, new AC w/ heat pump, propane furnace, 110 gals fresh water, 40 gals black, and 40 gals Gray. FRP walls like most better 5th wheel RV's
3 - 7,000# axles, GVW with 16" trailer tires 24,000#, 20,000# with truck tires that will run 75 MPH all day. This trailer has never had a tire issue!!! Dry weight 10,603#. With 110 gals of water about 11,500#. Thus cargo capacity of about 8,500# with good truck tires.
New tires and wheels January of 2021.
In 50+ years of racing, this is the best towing trailer of all the trailers I have towed.
The trailer can be seen at the runoffs. We are located in the northern grass area on Lewis Rd
