Just today I had yet another example of the exemplary customer service I have experienced from Brad Baytos at Primus. Over the years, he has lent me parts to try out, located me stuff that I can't find elsewhere, and has been available on a Sunday, putting together set of diff carrier parts for Tuesday receipt so I could go racing three days later.
Since I need a new set of belts before I can race again, I recently contacted him, being partial to Willans. Apparently there was a problem with some of the current year production and they only just came available again. He received a couple of sets, but not in my preferred color. Rather than telling me that it was a "take it or leave it" situation, he ordered the belts in the color I wanted and they ship tomorrow.
He will continue to be my primary source for parts not only for this and the other reasons listed, but also because of his presence at the track on many race weekends I attend.
