Parallel links in bottom of rear suspension was my clue but this is still just a guess.

Check with Keith Averill, IIRC he had a Hawke FF back in the day. Not certain what model however
Sure looks like my Hawke DL11, even down to the Roland valve cover.
The front lower rack mounts, show a longer stud that is used on mine to attach the front radiator.
The DL9 used side radiators, DL11 front.
Looks like it still has the original roll hoop. That should have SCCA registration number. Should at least give you a place and approximate date.
