    Post 1987 Martini Super Vee

    Martini MK 53 Formula Super Vee 1987 for sale. Great candidate in new SCCA FX class.
    . In 1987 Tico Martini built only 2 cars all identical to the Martini MK50 that Didier Theys drove to win the 1986 championship. The MK 53-01 the MK53 -02 . The Smith Brothers of Evergreen racing bought the 2 cars. Didier Theys did the shake down of the 2 cars. The MK 53-02 was sold to Philippe De Lespinay then sold to Ron Lee who hold the track record in 1997 at Buttonwillow raceway CA. I bought the car from Joe Harding MK53-02 in 2017. The car has been thru a complete restoration by Eric Langbein racing in Annapolis.MD. I race the car in the SVRA with many podium finish in class. This car is a blast to drive and easy to work on. Motor in the car is a VW Brabham Bunce.     Just curious. Is there a 1600cc or 1835cc engine in the car? I see you have a spare 1835 for sale.
    Love the car! Looked after a MK50 many moons ago at a Cleveland GP support race.
    Good luck with the sale.

    I've seen car in person.
    super clean .you can eat of it.

    Ca owner was very particular about care for it.

    thank you for your nice comments. The car use a 1835cc VW Brabham( Judd) engine. Thank you.
