    Default SCCA Run Off videos

Do SCCA plan on posting them this year for re viewing?

I would like to watch the (gasp) Open Wheel Formula F race which I hear was a dandy and did not need 75 cars.

    Ken Robins.

They usually post them, but I have seen nothing about it so far this year. However, if you go to the Apexspeed FF section, events--> 2020 runoffs thread, and go to page 2, Jeff Bartz was kind enough to post his in-car, and he was in the thick of it. It's really great video of the race.

Talent usually ends up in front, but fun goes from the front of the grid all the way to the back.

I heard from Eric Prill that they should be out next week.

Yes we are. I see you're from Ontario. Are you still in lockdown (can't cross the border to and from the US)?

I can answer that, as a Canadian living in GA, the border remains closed to all non-essential travel

Thanks - that's what I thought. Does that end at the end of October?

Current closure is until Oct. 21. I expect that it will remain closed, at least through the end of the year.

On edit: The border closures have been a month a time, renewed each month.

Yes. Commercial traffic only. Snowbirds can fly to the US and quarantine depending where they go.

CASC clubs managed a few regionals, no spectators, at Mosport and one each at Calabogie and Shannonville. Also one event at Tremblant recently run by Le Circuit.

So, it's no Yuengling this year for Canadian racers at WG, M/O, Pitt, etc. Damn.

    Cheers. KR.
