Default March 75 engine cover needed to borrow/buy

Looking for a March 75 FA/F2 fiberglas engine cover to buy/borrow/rent in order to pull a mold. Thanks for any help or leads!

Try Frank Monise Motors, they just finished a 75B restoration, based on pictures on the "Formula B" facebook page.

Ha, that’s the car we need the engine cover for. Frank did some great work on it. My friend, the owner believes the engine cover is incorrect, so I’m trying to help him locate one.

Not much help if any, but the 75B had vents along the top that were vacant after ‘75. Pretty sure the 74B did as well.

Do you know who the original owner and/or driver was?

They look similar to the 74B used in period but I'm not knowledgeable enough to confirm that they are the same.

A 74B in Canada just sold (see Vintage Cars for sale forum). Maybe Ron has something or can help out before it gets shipped to the new owner.

Lastly, I had March 713S bodywork made in the UK and shipped to me. Not cheap but if he wants original, I'm pretty sure he can get what he needs from Len:

I tried to edit and clarify my post but lost signal.

The 75B cover is easy to distinguish in its entire length having “stair steps.” The 74B had a shorter length of vents more typical of the day, both the 73B and 76B had no vents as I recall.

    Default I have a mould.

I had a mould made of mine a few years ago by Troy Stevens.
It is at Sonoma Raceway. Troy has a shop in Fairfield and also does bead seats at the track.

Stan Goldstein in Los Angeles was the previous owner. Apparently he ran it with a C Sports racer body.

I was asking who originally ran the car in 1975, both out of curiosity and to point you to this site:
    https://www.oldracingcars.com/atlantic/canada/1975/

If you’re not aware of the Old Racing Cars site, I suggest contacting Allen and/or Richard there about your car. While I don’t know this as fact, I suspect they’re gathering chassis history on the 75Bs, as evidenced by their new inclusion of the Lola T360 on their site, also built in the same year.

These guys are dedicated to fostering knowledge of historic cars on an unprecedented level, and deserve the support of any current owners in compiling permanent records of chassis that can only help sellers and buyers throughout time. Plus, they’re good blokes and fully committed to accuracy.

All the best, you’ve chosen one beautiful marque!

    Default March 75B

Credit for Emil's beautiful March should mainly go to my brother Howard. Once we got the larger
parts organized he did a fantastic job of making it race ready and accurate.
