    Default Royale RP21 frame drawings

I had a pretty major shunt at Mid Ohio over the 4th of July weekend.

Anyone have frame drawings for an RP21? Chris Shoemaker at Royale USA is trying but I’m hoping someone here has them.

    Thanks.

Try Alan Cornock at FCS. He owned Royale from 1974 and has drawings for most/all cars as he retained the design rights . Website is:

Cornock replied that they do not sell or release drawings. I understand that the intellectual property is theirs, but really, it’s a 44 year old design and I don’t think anyone would counterfeit Formula Fords. But I’ve been wrong before.

i have an RP31 frame just sitting in the back of a truck...would that do any good...? You can have it, borrow it, copy it, do whatever with it...cut it in half if the front is good and needed....
let me know off line if it will help anything

Thanks for the offer. Very generous of you, but the 31 is totally different than the 21.
Worst comes to worst, I’ll fake it best I can. Might be off a 1/16 here and an 1/8 there, but I can make something out of the mess.

Most important, the car protected me pretty well. Now I have to return the favor.

How close is it to an RP24?
    I may know someone...

Dave, I have an RP21 that I haven't raced in several years. I've kept the car with the thought that I would one day get back to racing it. I don't have drawings per se but let me know if I can help, with pictures or measurements.

    Thank you! Thank you!

Can you email me at (email address removed).

Anyhow, I’d like to email you some drawings I made and ask about two critical dimensions.

    Thank you.

Sorry to hear Alan Cornock couldn't (wouldn't?) help, but I'm pleased to read further on that it looks like you might have someone who will be able to give you the needed info!

Contact Archie Hodge. I would be surprised if he hasn’t built one from scratch. Skills sets you ask? Firstly, he can weld water.
