what is funny is after i posted that, i saw my old Zink avatar and thought... well that is sold and this is bought, so... time for some avatar housekeeping!

Back when I was worth half a crap as a race car driver, I was hired to shake down a BT29 for two days at VIR.

I still smile thinking about driving that wonderful car.

Just remember the words of one Mr. Chris Perotti, uttered to me long ago. It’s better to be a Was, then a I wish I was a Was. We will never be what we were as kids, but take some solace in the fact that we’re still pretty fast old men.
