I purchased car from Rick Klotz who purchased from Mike Scanlan. Don’t know, history before then.
Excellent handling car with a very strong motor from Rollin. Broke track record at Daytona by several seconds without the aid of draft and in the heat of summer.

good luck with sale, this would be a excellent choice for the 50th at Road Atlanta.

    John,
if not sold by then, let me know. Would be interested in running it at the 50th (still have the seat...lol)

I believe Scanlan purchased the car damaged from Bruce Kafenbaum (sp?) Who liquidated Bill's racing assets after his passing

    Default Prs

I crewed and worked on this car the past year and a half. Very well kept and in excellent shape. Complete turn-key package for anyone who wants to run in the front at a vintage race. Definitely not a mid pack car. Strong engine from Rollin.

Ricky took very good care of this car.
He’s a meticulous person and the car reflected that.

Yes. It’s Bill’s car. I raced against it for years. Still have a great pic of us together in the back straight at Bridgehampton, that was taken about 20 minutes before my avatar pic. It was a fantastic car then, and looks to be even better now.

    Default Thanks, Guys!

Appreciate all the positive comments about this car. Nice to learn a bit about its history. I know this is a lot of dough, but the package is a good value and is a front runner for the right shoe. We're headed to Indy in late July to find out what the current owner has left.

I've really enjoyed my time in this car and (once again) it's back to the sidelines for me.

    Thanks, Fellas!

OK, Fellas. The PRS placed third of 33 cars in the Saturday race at Indy. She's faster than the driver.

Make me an offer, with or without the trailer.

Buying a house, and car has to go.

    Thanks!

    Default More Spares

I recently received several items left behind when I took delivery of the car. They include a nose mold, another upright, two stub axles, two CV bells (they fit between the CV joint and the stub axle), and various wheel bearings. I'll post photos of these soon.

    Thanks!

I am eager to sell. We are buying a home!

I now have the PRS that dnf'd here, but appears to have been fast enough to keep up ! If you are interested in selling some spares, especially body parts, (the extra nose, wheels or what ever I am interested. I have just begun, but so far so good, love the car.

I may want just the trailer if it's 8.5' wide.
