Default 99 VD Parts and Pie... or should I say PI

Looking for 99 VD+ bodywork and wings - minimal repairs or NONE and lightweight. Ideally low volume of paint or raw. NEED the inner ducts to rads, but open to anything.

Also looking for a water temp sending unit for a PI.

Ideally local (or near) Hartford, WI

Looks like prior owner converted it from the large plug to two spade connectors? The sensor has three wires (from memory red, white, and black. The red and white are connected. Black and shielding is not.

Unit indicates "COLD" when the car is running and/or warmed up. (Plugged in or not). So I am not sure if it is a sensor or configuration issue.

    THx!
