Looks like this years race is going to have a decent turnout, lets keep them coming. Still 3 weeks until the event.

This is probably one of the best car counts this event has had for a few years, which is kinda sad considering the history. Lets keep them coming.

Actually 8 is about the same number every year that I can find dating back to 2013.

Looks like we're up to 10 now, still a couple weeks to go. Would be nice to pick up a few more but not bad.

This is great news and hopefully the beginning of a trend. I’m personally trying to rearrange my schedule to make the event as well. I’d suggest that the FC community work towards choosing a handful of events to attend in the coming months/season.

We're up to 11 for the Sprints. There is some pretty solid competition as well.

    (2) IMSA DPI drivers
    (1) 7 Time National Champion FV driver
    (2) FC National Champion drivers

    Should be a good one!

I believe June 8th is the last day to pre register. There's still time!!

If anybody at the Sprints would like to try some FRP events, specifically M-O two weeks after, come and see me and I can give you some good used spec tires to get you started. With the rain and low degradation at the Glen and Road Atlanta, there will be lots of life left in them. Look for the gray, white, and florescent red FC93 and blue, black, and florescent red FF13.

Nice to see a decent field of F2000 cars and the weather cooperated nicely with our group. It was cool to see Chris Miller back for the first time since winning the Sprints in 2013. Unfortunately, most of our racing was with cars in other classes, which brought the usual frustrations and hostilities.

As previously offered, I have several sets of very nice used Hoosier radials if anyone wants to join us for some single class racing at FRP races, Mid-Ohio June 28-30 and 5 weeks later at PIRC. Unless your car has a major handling imbalance, these tires will get you through a weekend. Free for the asking. I can also pass them off at the Glen this weekend.
