Vermont to California transportation

Hello, throwing this out for my friend who wants to start racing. He has a deal pending for a small sports racing car that is located in Vermont. The car comes with another complete set of bodywork and several spare wheels plus misc parts. A lot of stuff to move. Is there anyone heading out west in the next month or so that has room or an empty trailer. He has priced some commercial companies for enclosed space but with all the spares it makes it cost prohibitive. Just something to get the car closer to the west coast. Thanks.

He needs to talk to a trucking firm that would put everything in a trailer and route it across the country.
Of course the Vermont end would have to be willing to cooperate with the loading.

Doing this on the last car i got from Colorado, i saved about 50%. I had to pick everything up at a depot, not on my driveway. But the crew at the depot fell all over themselves helping me, because they don't see race cars everyday... usually just a bunch of amazon boxes. The whole shebang stayed in one trailer the whole trip. Just saying.
