#69 Protoform P2 for sale with 6x12 enclosed trailer. Has SCCA logbook. Car handles great and has always been a fun car to drive.

Recent history: Purchased from AVR motorsports in Canada. Raced 6 weekends with conference in 2016. Raced at CotA super tour finishing 4th on Sunday.
Engine: Noble engine with a Kapelke intake and Noble carb. Rebuilt by Vallis Motorsports, New piston and cylinder set before CotA weekend. Pertronix ignition.
Transmission: Vallis built short box
Beam: Height adjuster installed.
Suspension: Rear penske double adjustable shock. Front penske blacks.
Tires: 1 set mounted hoosiers with 5 cycles. 1 set of mounted new American Racers. 1 set of mounted hoosier rains. At least 4 more spare wheels. Will also include the canadian spec Falken 615K with wheels if wanted.
Dash: Mycron Gold 3 data acquisition
Cooling: modified top scoop to bring in more air to an over sized remote cooler. No issues with cooling on this car, max temp seen of 240.
Safety: New fire system in 2016, OMP harness good through 2020
Spares: Battery, spare nose, points distributor, valve cover, pushrod seals etc. Will include everything VW I have
Built a seat with 2 part foam and have enough left to make atleast one more.
Trailer: 2012 Cargo Mate 6x12 single axle. Ugly but light and mechanically in good shape everything works. New wheel bearings and also spare hub with bearings. Tire rack that holds 2 sets of FV wheels and tires, trailer worked great on the 4000 mile trip to Austin and back.

Car is currently in silver and blue trim. Willing to deliver within approx. 500 miles of Tacoma area.
Would also sell without the trailer if wanted.

Yes, I would sell the street tires but not sure about shipping them across the country.

The paint job is spectacular. The air scoop will fit a conical filter from I believe an S2000. It also has a cockpit opening that is about 10" longer than a stock P2, which makes getting in and out way easier. Unless it's been changed it also has a motor mount that allows you to remove the motor and gearbox as a unit.

The car is a '92 or '93 it was the 7th Protoform built... It has the P1 trailing arm mounts. Later models do not have the mounting brackets

I am 5' 11" 240lbs and fit in a protoform that is very similar to this one.

its a little hard to say for sure that you will fit since the height of the roll hoop could have been changed on this car or my car over time. The best thing to do is sit in the car if you can. If you are too tall you will need to move the seating position so your knees are bent more or have the roll hoop modified.....
