    Default Halloween idea

Halloween marks the start of heaters and house-fires. So, every Halloween, I replace the batteries in my smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors, and change the house air filters. I also put the outside faucet covers on to protect against freeze-up. Its also a good time to make sure the racer and tow vehicle are protected from freezing. It's got nothing to do with Halloween, but doing it on the holiday just makes it a convenient way to remember to get it done. Just an idea I thought I'd pass along.

Talent usually ends up in front, but fun goes from the front of the grid all the way to the back.

It's a phenomenon that makes it hard to drive up a hill [see below] when it's wet and below 32 degrees.

HILL; hil [noun] : an elevation of the ground above a flat plane.
