Default 4A GE FA camshaft timing

Hi can anyone give me some advice on timing 4A GE FA cams in a long rod engine ? Currently set inlet 99.5 ATDC and exhaust 105 BTDC. Cheers Gary Rush
p.s Using Stan's carb settings with 43 mm chokes which gave best results. Just wondering if I can even fuel delivery.
