I believe that it stands for "Idiots Requiring Lobotomies".
The 500 is going to be interesting as far as front tire life is concerned - the new bodywork shifted too much weight forward, and the engineers are having a hell of a time getting the balance back (they basically aren't).
WHY do they need 900 HP? Or, what will be gained by 900 HP?
Next thing you know we'll be reading about restrictor plate racing at Indy like NASCAR.
There would be some value to it if they went engine/electric to get the 900 HP.
