Dumb ignition coil question...

Alright , I currently have 1 million dollars into my car...hahaha.... no but seriously, has anyone tried an aftermarket coil...... Honda ones are over $110 ..... I see that there are much cheaper... I get the possible quality issue but really has anyone had success and if so ... where did you get them..

Appears to me that this would not comply with the GCR. Section B.14

3. Ignition coils must be stock Honda Fit, PN: 30520-RB0-003. No modifications are permitted.

If you are just using them for testing, then the legality issue is not there. As far as how they work, I don't know because I could never figure out how to plug them into the distributor on my Kent motor.

Or spend your $440 on a used engine from a junk yard -- then you'll have all sorts of spare parts if you should need them.
