We need a Vee to rent for University of VARA!

The Vee my son and I are building will not be ready for the University of VARA at Buttonwillow this weekend! So we are looking to rent one for the school! Our back up plan fell through. So we are scrambling to find a car. Had offers on several sedans to rent but want they want big money and not what he wants to race.. so if anyone can help in the Vee community that would be great!! Thank you

If Danny McKeever has cars available I highly suggest getting one of the old celebrity cars. You will be able to focus on the event more and although it won't be in the kind of car you want to race, there are plenty of test days at Buttonwillow to take care of that for you.

The ability to have an instructor along side for the entire event is very valuable.

Should you continue to look for an open wheel car, here's a list of folks that might have one (not a vee, maybe a ford) or know where to get one in a hurry:

Your risk is that fees are not a common rental, so there's probably not one sitting around in a prep shop ready to go on 48 hrs notice.
