    Default Aim Strain Gage Logging

Does anyone have experience logging strain gage/signal conditioner outputs using a Aim EVO4 logger? I would like to measure suspension pull/push rod loads.

I haven't done it, but have investigated a few different amps. It shouldn't be a problem to do.

We have help many customers use strain gages on their AiM systems. The most common solution is to install the CDS strain gage system, which includes installation on a pushrod and an external amplifier. Calibration is done using chassis scales.

Do you already have strain gages and amplifiers, and just need help calibrating and math channels for analyzing the data?

Feel free to call us to discuss.
