    Default FF Hydraulic Shock Options?

Anyone know all the new hydraulic shock options we have for the Historic FFs?

    Looking for single-adjustable, hydraulic, steel-bodied, coil-overs.

    Thanks.

I don't know anything about any new options, but I have a full range of AVO shocks in stock that work well on Historic Formula Fords.

Koni is probably your best option. They may not be the cheapest but they are very good. Your challenge will be to get the proper valve stacks for you application. But the guys at Koni should be able to help.

Not much out there in steel bodies that are very good - at least, nothing that we would consider using on modern cars.

A quick google search show that Fox, AFCO, and QA1 make steel bodied shocks. Unnown is whether or not any would fit in your application.

    Default Check your rules...

You may be able to run aluminum body non remote reservoir in "some" organizations in 2017 on 1972 and older cars...Hold off buying for a bit-just an FYI

Quantum in the U.K. build very good shocks which are used on modern as well as vintage cars. They will make any of their range in a steel body.

Coincidentally there are a set for sale on Racecarsdirect as well. Probably not the sizes you're looking for though.
