Default Schupack Formula Vee/Super Vee book

Ok, this is a weird question, but why is this book so expensive all over the internet? There's a softbound copy on Amazon that is over $450 https://www.amazon.com/Formula-Vee-S.../dp/083062063X, and another guy with a hardbound copy for over $300 on Ebay. Granted, it's a nice book and a cool piece of history. I have a copy from the 2013 printing he did for the 50th Birthday Party. I just don't get the insane resell prices. Anyone have any insight? I get that people can ask whatever they want for something...but wow.

I don't know but I load my copy quite frequently and freely and the last time it didn't come back.

I can't even remember who I sent it to.

It told the story of supervene, with a bit of FV back story. The rules for FV and FSV circa 1980 or so, are copied from the GCR, so if you ever wanted to know what was legal back in the day, there it was.

Then they covered all the FSV seasons through about 1980.
