It would be nice if all organizers would list the Dangerous drivers and how long they are suspended for. it seems the 13 month rule has been put on the back burner.

When I got suspended for 6 months back in 1990, The SCCA told me that they were notifying every sanctioning body I had ever heard of and quite a few that I had never heard of.
I did not crash anyone, just had a difference of opinion with a wrecker driver and some stewards who did not like me anyway.
But that was a long time ago and stewarding is so much improved it is almost beyond comprehension.
It is a couple of years since I have been a (semi-)insider with these matters. At that time , however, the Club notified other sanctioning bodies about suspensions, and those bodies honored the suspension.
I am sure that nobody on this board has ever been suspended. When that happens the Chairman of the SOM imposing the suspension confiscates the offender's license. So, effectively, they cannot race on it.
A list of probations/suspensions does circulate to Club officials who would have to decide on whether to accept someone's entry.

Here's an idea. Is this possible without it spiraling down into mud-slinging?
Apexspeed could create a sub-category labeled something like "On-Track Incidents".
The ONLY thing that would get posted would be factual statements, absolutely no commentary or discussion whatsoever.
This would simply result in a list of "incidents and driver names", nothing more.
e.g.
Smith and Jones tangled in the NJMP FF race on (date).
Eventually this factual, non-judgemental data stream would potentially reveal a few names of people who (while by no means proven guilty of anything by it), seemed to be involved (much?) more often than others.
Eventually, the community, and perhaps even the sanctioning bodies, can take it upon themselves to have meaningful constructive discussions with said individuals.
Again, I see this being useful ONLY if its purely factual and non-judgemental.
