    Default FV advisory committee

The following is a response to a letter from Bruce Livermore regarding the ad hoc committee:
    1. #19573 (Bruce Livermore) FV Ad Hoc Committee Request for More Direct Interaction with SCCA
Thank you for your letter. The CRB recommends forming an official Ad Hoc Committee for Formula Vee to
address specific issues concerning the class. Resumes may be submitted to www.clubracingboard.com for
    consideration.

This is a significant improvement for the relationship between our class and the CRB. While we have had an informal connection through the Ad hoc committee for years, this the first step in formalizing the committee and giving the class a real say in it's future.

The first step in this formal process is a request for resume's, from which, the CRB will choose members of the committee. It does not represent any opinions of the current members of the AD Hoc group but is a required step for all advisory committees on the CRB.

Anyone can submit a resume. If you are an active member of the class, feel you have the independence and technical skills to contribute, I strongly urge you to volunteer.

As a member of an advisory committee, you will have access to the letter system and be expected to follow developments and participate in monthly phone calls. No travel or expense is necessary.

Folks, it's very easy to sit home and criticize, but this is a chance to make a difference. PM me if you have any questions.
