Default Rod Ends / Spherical Bearings

Is everyone using rod ends directly out of SCCA Enterprises? Just curious if anyone else out there had used Aurora or any other supplier? How often are you replacing? I have a couple that need replaced and trying to figure out whats going to give me the best reliability.

    Thanks!

    Default Rod ends

Go with Aurora. When I had my enterprise car that is what I changed to when I found any of them worn out.

Thank you. Are you guys using the RXAM/B serires (Pegasus 3063?)

Rod end supply has the similar size and strength rating at a much lower cost. i don't know how their durability is. not a place i wanted to cut corners. I heard they had an impressive stand at PRI so I was curious if anyone had tried it. I was thinking of trying them. the fact that they were much cheaper is actually scaring me from pulling the trigger.

I have had very good luck with the Aurora 3063 (Pegasus number) or the AB-PRXMT (Pegasus number) on my FE. They are very nicely made units, particularly the AB-PRXMT models.

I only replace them when they are noticeably worn or damaged.
