    Built for vintage racing. It's a 1600 Atlantic shortblock-Forged crank and rods-with a pushrod head. looks legal on the outside but makes gobs of torque and is unbreakable. Long story about this engine but you need to call for details. $4000 + shipping. 510-742-8846

    No disrespect intended, but it's not legal for any vintage club either. Most of the vintage clubs have clamped down very tightly on this sort of approach. The days of "It's OK for Vintage" are past. Sounds like a great engine for a sports racer or other vintage cars running the Kent 1600, though.
