I believe that the air box used on the Zetec engines is a descendent of the Ralt part.

The opening may be smaller and that is done by extending the box forward.

Thank you. I am restoring a Super Vee and it used the Ralt Box. I have one but someone cut the face of it off to fit the K&N Filter. If I can find one I can just graft it on and save me from having to "build it up"

I think I have what you want,

Black- is cut and drilled with mounting plate for fuel inject set up
White- has a heat shield riveted to the bottom, and a large cut out in the bottom rear
