    Default AIM RS2Analysis settings?

Anybody know what settings to enter for an FE for Cx and front surface (sq ft area)?
I suppose this might change depending on ride height / rake and wing settings..

I finally gave up on figuring out frontal area and drag numbers. If you can make it work, please let me know. I don't have the patience to figure it out.

    Default Bump

Came across this string in a search for the same info; thought I'd bump it and see if anyone has an answer now.

I have used it and I think it is a reasonable estimate.

I am not sure if you misunderstood the question, or if I misunderstood your answer.

I was asking what values to insert for (i) drag coefficient and, (ii) front surface, and unless you were suggesting use of the default values, I do not understand your answer.

The default Cx value of .27 seems unlikely, and I have no idea how to derive frontal area as compared to the default of 17.223 square feet.

The frontal area is easily measured or approximated.

The drag coefficient of .27 is WAY TOO LOW.

    Thanks, Jay.

The software seem to require a numerical response.

The drag varies with the setup you are using.

    Try something around .65 + or - .1
