    Default Driving Shannonville Pro Track

Can anyone who has run the Pro circuit at Shannonville be willing to share their track notes with me? I won't be able to make the Friday practice day and would like to have some idea of the configuration & gears for the turns.
Thanks in advance for any help with this.

Not in a vee...but did many laps in a Miata.
The main difference (for Pro) is a left turn after T1.
In a Miata (and I expect the same for a Vee), it is full throttle, no lift, no brake.
You are in 4th all through this. T1 scrubs some speed, setting you up nicely for T2
There is a nasty bump at mid or exit of T2 that you need to be aware of before attempting any inputs in the car.
Otherwise...everything is the same as the long track. I'm sure others can chime in with wisdom better than me.

Should be a fun race, Shannonville long track is very technical and rewards those with strong Karting skills. The Pro layout is very different and flowy...I expect those who are fast at CTMP, will be fast with this layout. (which in retrospect...is the same cast of characters)

Shannonville is fun!!more gear changing, more tight corners, its a bit rough if you go off onto the grass.I always enjoyed Shannonville even at the back of the pack, surface isnt as good as Mosport, also its great for spectators
