    Default Spindle offset bushings

Can something show (preferred) or describe the giveaway when identifying whether offset bushings are installed on loose spindles? It's probably super obvious, but having not seen them myself and I'm unable to find pictures, I'm having trouble identifying what's what in my bucket o'spares.

    Thanks!

Standard bushings will have the link pin hole centered. Offset bushings will have the hole off center, opposite from one side to another, and the offsset should be at the top and bottom.

Thanks, it looks like none of my spares are of the offset variety. Any suggestions on a shop to inspect mine and install the bushings?

I would advise sending your trailing arms as well and get them checked for straightness.

You might have to compress the spring a bit but if you install the link pins in the spindle carrier both should slide right into the turkey legs. If one of the legs is bent it will be a challenge because the holes will not be parallel and match the link pins.

    Definitely send them to Dietmar.

And have him dye-check your spindles.....really CHEAP insurance that could prevent what seems to be a fairly common failure.

Spindle reinforcements are available from Peak Performance. No reason for broken spindles anymore.
