Thanks ! Was a great weekend and a lot of fun racing the other FB guys.
Sebring went better than Homestead, which I spent the entire weekend chasing shifter issues. Thought it was a new install Geartronics issue but it turns out it was a bizarre transmission issue. Many thanks to Nick Belling for helping me sort it all out. Geartronics ROCKS.
Here is one of me leading Saturday’s race in front of Jason:
That only lasted a few laps. I think Jason was just kind and let the old man lead a few laps before getting on to business.
I enjoyed meeting all the FB racers and look forward to Atlanta.
Keep an eye out for Shane Prieto.......once he figures out this 4 wheel thing (he keeps trying to drag a knee) he is going to be hard to beat.

Thanks for the update
Jason,
Looks like you got the gremlins out of the Citation. Nice work.

Congrats to Jason Bell on two wins at Sebring. Shane Prieto 06.8 on Saturday warm up at Sebring was the fastest FB lap of the weekend I think and impressive. This guy can pedal a car and a great guy as well. Over two weekends we had some great racing and all but one of the races was green flag the entire race. Some yellows could have bunched the field and provided some interesting opportunities.
I heard Shane had to he sprocket end of the Kawasaki crank shaft break off in Sundays race.
Road Atlanta should be a hell of a race.
Fairly certain it was an errant front sprocket nut on Shane's car that caused the DNF while leading the Sunday race at Sebring.
Gotta say - I am totally missing mixing it up with you boys!
See ya'll at Road Atlanta in March.
Michael,
we were talking about technical tracks we have run, here is one I ran in my motorcycle days. Definitely the craziest one ever. Macau Grand Prix in China. This is not me, just a view onboard someone else.

Sunday, Turn 1

Yes I'm good at tipping the bottle back lol
Nice video obviously not my best starts both days fell to second on the start but charged back in both. Sunday I was seriously parked by a P2 car lost a lot in that first lap. But caught back up right before Shane broke was hoping we could have battled. Great start by Shane tho.

Sorry for the crappy video!
some images of the FB cars at Sebring. My apologies to anyone I may have missed. There to enjoy the weekend and do some photography for the P1/P2 groups...

So Coop, with Shane running 43 on your old car, what number are you going to use? 44 or 45
Well seein's how I "own" that # in the southeast, we'll cross that bridge when/if I need to, but may just change it up to reflect my actual age, which is in excess of that number!
With the Greying of the SCCA, I think that's why they started allowing three digit numbers.

Now I see why Majors cost more to enter. They really go over the top on that podium display, don't they?

I had a horrible start in Race 2 no doubt caught sleeping lol but made up that gap in 4 laps then Shane broke. Would have been a fun battle.
