Toyota rebuild

What's the going rate for a Toyota rebuild ? Assuming it just needs a freshen up w/ no major parts. How much should I expect to pay?

New pistons are always included in a top level rebuilt and with all the various pieces, pins, rings etc. my several years old experience put those pieces alone at about $2K with the full deal running $7k+. If you need valve springs, brace yourself!!

A GOOD REBUILD CAN RUN FROM 5K TO 8.5K AND THATS EVERY 1000 TO 1200 MILES.

I agree 5-8 for a rebuild but that is from an engine that is fully documented as in time on parts that will time out even if they test OK no cracks or stretch
A good build to get to that place can run up double those numbers and more
