Hi, quick question. What is the inside oil line diameter from a side mount pump to the tank. Also on the tank (round 16" high quick clean), are they 12 AN fittings? I am ordering fittings and don't want to get the wrong stuff. Thanks.

The oil line fittings on my Titan are -8 but I just ordered a replacement set for a friends car that are -10 with a rear mounted oil tank.
Thank you. I thought they were 8s but wanted to make sure.

Yes that does. Thank you.

Typical suction out of tank to pump in -10. All others are -8. Of course some folks vary due to any number of reasons.
If your tank is the Pace round tank, I believe it ships with -12 AN fittings, which are too big for us. It uses AN O-ring fittings as adaptors, so you can buy -8 or -10 fittings to replace the -12. The O-ring fittings use a rubber O-ring to seal, some people incorrectly use a crush washer or captured rubber washer, although in a zero pressure situation it doesn't really matter. I personally plumb all of the lines on a 1600 Ford engine with -10.

Cosworth recommended -12 for scavenge and -10 for pressure for nearly every smaller motor they made and since the FF pump is basically the same as a BDA pump, that's what I would use. They used these even with the 1 liter F3 motors as well.
