I dunno. If youse was clear wit dis guy on whatcha wanted, den mebbe youse need ta send down a coupla da boys ta, you know, how do ya say, "re-educate" him.

Seriously, it's easy to talk two different languages when buying race-car parts sight unseen. That's why it's a good idea to get pictures prior to buying. I doubt this fellow tried to rip you, but expectations weren't in line with what the product really was. I'd probably be inclined to drill the holes, mount the nut plates, and walk away with lesson learned.

Bottom line, if you didn't get what you ordered, send it back or call the guy and tell him to send a pick-up tag for it. If you used a credit card, refuse the charge if he refuses to give a refund. (Go ahead and call the CC company and get details on refusing a charge because they have rules on what you have to do so far as attempting to return it. ....and time limits.) Doesn't sound like you want a plain nose with a hole drilled in it or you would have ordered it that way. Doesn't sound like this guy has what you want or he would have sent it to you. So if he offers to exchange another one for the one he allready sent, be very specific in the description you give him or you'll probably get one just like you have but with a hole drilled in it.
